Keeping furniture and all other materials out of common areas

The recent fire in the lobby of the A building started on a sofa that was left in the lobby by a resident.

Lions Condominium does not permit furniture, boxes, or any other property to be left in lobbies, hallways, or stairwells, and fire safety is one of the reasons. A $25 fine will be assessed on anyone who does this. Please report to the Property Manager any property left or stored in common areas not designated for storage, and it will be removed.
