Keeping furniture and all other materials out of common areas
The recent fire in the lobby of the A building started on a sofa that was left in the lobby by a resident.
Lions Condominium does not permit furniture, boxes, or any other property to be left in lobbies, hallways, or stairwells, and fire safety is one of the reasons. A $25 fine will be assessed on anyone who does this. Please report to the Property Manager any property left or stored in common areas not designated for storage, and it will be removed.

Security Entry System
Our security door system is finally hooked up and we are getting ready to program it so you can buzz people in!
This system works with your phone. Your phone will ring and you will have an opportunity to speak with the person who rang your bell and let them in. It will work with a regular phone or a cell phone.
If you haven't provided this already, please send your unit number and the phone number you wish to use for the security system to
lionscondodanbury@gmail.com before December 28. After this date there may be a charge for reprogramming.

Gas Grills
Note to all Lions Condo owners and residents: The Danbury Fire Department has banned propane gas grills from the condo decks due to the dangers of carrying gas tanks through the building. Charcoal and electric grills are permitted, but the gas grills are going to have to be removed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
